With a remark made on the executive order on Medicare, President Donald Trump addressed that the drugmakers would lower their prices once they begin importation. The speech seemed to have faulty accusations with regards to the Right-to-Try-Law. The President also suggested that the pharmaceutical industry is aiding his impeachment.

In addition to explaining the drugs and their lowering prices, Trump has also made declarations about a soon-to-be-released proposal that will lower the drug prices by importing drugs from Canada and other countries. With its first approval in July, HHS still needs to publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM).
