SPEAKER PROFILE

Roxana is a TEDx speaker, a certified Team Coach and Professional Coach, Scaled OKRs coach and a GC Index® Accredited Partner.
She holds a diploma in Learning & Development and Human Resources practice from the Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development in the UK.

Having worked in top-tier international law firms for 16+ years, and having led the firm-wide Learning & Development function for 8+ years, she founded All Personal in 2017.

Since then, she has designed and delivered team coaching programs, workshops & individual coaching programs to clients from a range of corporate, start-up and non-profit organizations in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia.

Her mission is to help ‘unfreeze the frozen middle’ and help mid-career professionals & start-up founders who want to boost their career, grow executive presence & develop effective teams.

Roxana is also a lecturer on Workplace Culture and Communication program at College Boreal in Toronto, has authored leadership programs on award-winning e-learning platforms and is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals.
